FEATHER TOUCH BROWS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to pay the amount of $50 to STYLE MY BROWS as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to ensure the security of my appointment for Feather Touch Brows.

I understand that if the appointment date/time discussed with my technician needs to be changed or altered in any way with more than 48 hours notice, this change will be considered and altered if possible by my technician, although not guaranteed.

I agree that if I fail to give 48 hours notice to change or cancel my appointment, I forfeit my deposit. I understand a “no show” is regarded a cancellation, resulting in a deposit forfeit. I agree if another appointment has to be made, another deposit is required due to the forfeit of the original deposit.

I understand that if I am more than 20 minutes late for my appointment and my technician cannot proceed with my procedure without affecting other appointments, I agree to the loss of this appointment and forfeit my deposit. I agree if another appointment has to be made, another deposit is required due to the forfeit of the original deposit.

I agree I have informed my technician of any health concerns that may affect my eligibility to have cosmetic tattoo performed. I understand if I have neglected to inform my technician of any condition/s (which may be contraindicated) prior to my appointment, I forfeit my deposit due to my technician being unable to proceed due to contraindications.

I agree to pay the remaining balance of the procedure cost on the day of procedure. Note: All card transactions on day of procedure incur a 3.4% payment processing fee.
